Recommended resources for those looking to explore further:
There are many specific resources available, but sometimes it is difficult to know where to begin or which ones might be most Biblically sound or practically helpful. They may not always be perfect, but generally good resources can help our growth and insight. The following are tools I have personally found helpful in these subject areas.

Miracle Work: A Down-to-Earth Guide to Supernatural Ministries by Jordan Seng
If there was one, most general introduction to the idea of Biblical nature of supernatural ministries and basic principles of practically walking them out, this book would be my top recommendation. Having been in the small group he and his wife Sonya led more than two decades ago when he was doing his post-doctoral work, I can attest to the genuineness, accessibility, and practical relevance of his life, gifting, and teaching. Jordan has led trainings and spoken internationally at conferences on these topics across the spectrum of the major Christian denominations as well as various para-church and missions organizations for 20+ years. He studied political theory at Stanford University and the University of Chicago, and was a National Security Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard prior to becoming the senior pastor at Bluewater Mission church, where he is currently serving.
Unbound : A Practical Guide to Deliverance by Neil Lozano
A very helpful, practical, biblically sound resource specifically on being able to attain and help others attain freedom in a low-key, loving manner. The author has ministered internationally and works cross-denominationally

This feature article by Michael and Tracy Balboni highlights the evidence of the significant role that spirituality plays in patient experience, and the empirical value of greater integration and engagement of spirituality during the health care process.

Medical School Curricula in Spirituality and Medicine
There is a significant increase in a move toward addressing the role of spirituality in medicine, as evidenced by the jump in medical school course offerings between 1994-2004.

For exploring specific aspects of these topics in more detail, the various following ministries offer many helpful resources:

Global Awakening provides a lot of training and even e-courses in practical areas of ministry. This is a good resource with a variety of material for those wanting to grow more practically as well as have a deeper theological and Biblical understanding of supernatural aspects of Christian ministry.
Bethel Church in Redding, CA has a great commitment to seeing the gospel go forward wholistically, and offers many resources to equip Jesus-followers. I particularly resound with their ability to pastor and sustain a healthy church which can weather the realities of leading people more and more towards Jesus in the midst of the broken realities of our world.
Streams Ministries has a passion to see people grow in their ability to recognize the ways they hear from God. They have an understanding of the relational heart of God, his heart for all people, the preeminence of the Bible, and the foundational importance of godly character. They also invest in little understood and often overlooked examination of the biblical basis for dreams/dream interpretation.
